Development Update #13


Rushing to attempt to meet my deadline for releasing 0.2 has caused me to make some compromises that I am not happy with, so I am currently working on 0.2.1 to correct those issues. The biggest issue is a problem caused by an incompatibility between the male genitals that I am using and a morph applied on Rick's body. The issue was hidden by the camera angles I had been using previously, but it was obvious with an early version of one of the shots for Mia's sex scene. I just worked around it to get that out, thinking it was just some minor glitch and at worst reloading Daz Studio and my content libraries would correct it, but that wasn't the case. I was left with the option to either change the genital product or remove the morph. The incompatible morph doesn't change much on Rick's body and isn't really noticeable at all when he is dressed, so I decided to completely remove that morph and turn up another morph I was using to somewhat counteract it's removal. There are also some animations I want to correct some things on or make improvements to, plus I need to re-render many at a higher quality anyway. I have managed to streamline my process a bit more and am getting quality animations rendered more quickly currently. I have three animations redone already with a fourth currently rendering that will complete overnight. I'm not going to put a deadline on it's release, but I will say that it will be released to everyone who has access to 0.2.0 once it is ready.
